My approach to personal training is quite simple. Work out a persons lifestyle and personal commitments and look to make small changes around them to get them to achieve their goals. 

In essence the principle of moving more and eating less is the way to weight loss however to get quicker and better results we also need to talk into genealogy, environment and lifestyle factors that have probably influenced why your in your current position. 

In the past I have worked with a wide range of people, national track and field athletes, Miss International contestants, triathletes and film directors. But I have also trained dozens of people like myself, people that woke up one day and decided enough is enough, its time for a change.
