Group Personal Training

Join some people with similar goals to yourself to help you achieve your own goals. Group training can provide an instant support network and can help keep you motivated when you hit a low point. Group training is also more cost effect that 1-2-1 training as the priced is shared between the group.

Women Only Group Training

For the past couple of years I have been successfully running group training sessions for women only. Training in a group of like minded individuals with similar aims creates a very supportive atmosphere. This is particularly important for those that feel intimidated by the gym environment or by having a personal training.

 

My training sessions aim to promote you working through nutrition strategies and exercise routines with a buddy from the group. This guarantees the best short term results but usually results in individuals sticking to their fitness journey long after personal training has finished.
