Group Training

Join some people with similar goals to yourself to help you achieve your own goals. Group training can provide an instant support network and can help keep you motivated when you hit a low point. Group training is also more cost effect that 1-2-1 training as the priced is shared between the group.

Sports Massage

Sports massage involves the assessment and then treatment of the soft tissues in the body such as muscles, tendons, ligaments and connect tissue. 
The treatment uses techniques to alleviate the stresses and strains that build up in the body during recreational and occupational activity.
By reducing these soft tissue and muscle lesions the massage helps to restore or enhance the body’s function.
